About the Role
Qualifications
Post Secondary education or two years experience in Asset Management planning and asset life‑cycles, and accounting.
Job Knowledge:
- Knowledge of LSCFN’s history, culture, demographics, goals and aspirations.
- Knowledge of a broad range of functions of all LSCFN departments and programs.
- Experience with asset management planning and implementation
- Knowledge of materials, methods, techniques, tools and equipment requirements for construction projects.
- Knowledge of vehicle, machinery, and heavy equipment maintenance and repair requirements
- Understanding of accounting principles in relation to Asset Management
- Understanding of Asset Management accepted best practices
- Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do asset life‑cycle estimates
- Experience with SAGE accounting software including asset accounting modules.
