Job responsibilities
Draft local fund documents for Taiwan Onshore Funds, Hong Kong Unit Trusts registered in Taiwan and Luxembourg SICAVs that are registered in Taiwan and Korea
Liaising with internal parties, external legal counsel and regulatory authorities for new fund registrations and product management matters. Respond to regulator’s questions in a timely and professional manner to closely track the registration progress
