Your Responsibilities
- Assemble fuel cell stacks and system components (mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic) according to work instructions and technical drawings.
- Operate hand tools, torque tools, and precision assembly equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment.
- Handle sensitive components with care to ensure quality and reliability of the final product.
- Perform visual and functional tests to ensure product conformity and quality.
- Record production and test data accurately for traceability.
- Report deviations, defects, or process issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S principles.
