Assembly Technician

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• To sustain line improvement in terms of yield, scrap and process capabilities.
• To update Assembly Checklists, Equipment Preventive Maintenance Checklists, and other QMS documented periodically.
• Assist Engineer for Tools/Jigs& Fixture setup and maintenance record.
• Assist Engineer to prepare rework flow/ procedures and verify the rework method thru first piece buyoff
• Assist Engineer to improve process yield and reduce scrap in production due to workmanship caused.
• Assist Engineer to train and certify sub-contractor/operators/technicians on assembly processes.
• Assist Engineer to update line tool PM and calibration into system.
• Implement 5S in workplace to ensure that workplace is well kept and hazard free to other colleagues.
• To observe the company safety rules and regulations at all times when carrying out any job/project.
• Assist Engineer to perform daily WIP cycle...
