- Managing subcon Assembly Engineering Performance in terms of:
- Drive subcon's performance KPI(Yield, Quality, OEE etc)
- Full engagement in new product ramp-up team and manage safe launch introduction
- support technical capability assessment at subcon.
- major owner for subcon audit and performance tracking and drive for improvement - Drive together with subcon on assy yield improvement.
- Manage all assembly equipment qualification, release, setup/buyoff procedure with subcon.
- Continue optimizing on process control and monitoring
- Supporting deviation management, audit and other baseline improvement activities.
- Manages assembly documentation (control plan, OCAP)
