Assembler

Pertemps West Bromwich are looking for an assembler for a well established manufacturer based in Tipton.

Key Responsibilities 

Assemble bespoke lighting products using a variety of tools including screwdrivers, alan keys, hand saws etc. 

Work with technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions

Ensure all products meet strict quality and safety standards before dispatch

Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production staff to solve technical challenges

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment

Support continuous improvement of production processes

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in assembly, electrical work, or manufacturing preferred (lighting experience an advantage, but not essential)

Good hand skills and attention to detail

Ability to follow technical drawings and specifications accurately

Comfortable using hand tools and workshop equipment
