We are hiring for 1st and 2nd Shift Assemblers to support the manufacturing, testing, and inspection of wind turbines and large heating/cooling units. This role involves hands-on assembly work, material handling, and crate building in a high-quality production environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused.
**Schedule**
**1st shift**
+ Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
+ Every other Friday off
**2nd shift**
+ Monday – Thursday : 3:30PM – 2:00AM
+ EVERY Friday off

+ Assemble large units, including prepping extrusions by cleaning surfaces and applying adhesive tape accurately
