This role focuses on assembling, testing, cleaning, and preparing electronic modems through a structured multi-step process. You will handle a variety of tasks, from receiving and documenting parts to performing functional tests, cosmetic repairs, and final packing for shipment. The position requires strong attention to detail, consistent accuracy, and the ability to work on your feet throughout the day while collaborating closely with a team.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive incoming modems and components and accurately document all items received in the system.
+ Perform factory resets on modems by following defined procedures and using appropriate equipment.
+ Run automatic tests by plugging in multiple units at once, monitoring test cycles that may range from 60 to 90 minutes, and identifying which units require repair.
