+ Assemble boat components including decks, hulls, and structural parts
+ Use **hand and power tools** to fit, align, and secure components
+ Follow basic instructions, blueprints, or work orders
+ Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet standards
+ Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
+ Work alongside a team to meet production goals
