Summary:The Software Engineer-III designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. A Mainframe Software Engineer-III is responsible for maintaining and enhancing products in the mainframe z/OS storage portfolio. Troubleshooting reported symptoms to aid in the resolution process directly for the customer or as a means to provide a permanent solution via product fix.Position Reports to: Manager, Software Engineering
