About the Role
**Job Description:**
The Assembler is responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components and wiring assemblies, as well as supporting production related tasks.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Perform hand soldering of electronic components, wires, and circuit boards
+ Assemble small parts and subassemblies using hand tools and fixtures
+ Follow work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings
+ Work with Quality Inspectors to ensure quality and compliance
+ Identify and rework defective solder joints or assemblies
+ Pick parts and subassembly kits as needed
+ Record production data and track completed work
+ Assist with packaging in Data Center repack as needed
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Meet daily production targets
**Minimum Required Skills and Education**
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Previous soldering/assembly experience
+ Ability to read schematics...
