**Job Title:** Assembly Worker
**Duration:** 6months
**Work Schedule:** Monday – Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm (10-hour shifts)
**Pay Rate:** $20.50/hour (Overtime after 40 hours)

**Position Summary**

Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented **Assembly Worker** to join our team in Asheville, NC. The ideal candidate will assemble parts and sub-assemblies according to design specifications and company quality standards in a highly regulated environment.

**Responsibilities**


+ Assemble components and sub-assemblies per engineering specifications
+ Select and position parts in proper sequence using various hand tools and equipment
+ Apply wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical components per Sequence of Events (SOE)
+ Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams
+ Inspect parts during assembly to ensure quality standards are met
+ Verify custom equipment changes and Smart Part Number accuracy
