About the Role

Job Description
The Roller Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the rollers and compactors. The Roller Operator distributes, breaks down, and compresses the asphalt surface as per the contract specifications.

Qualifications
Two to three years of experience paving in the Road Construction Industry

Working knowledge of Asphalt and related materials

Working knowledge of methods, techniques and equipment used in Asphalt

Valid Driver’s License

Clean Driver’s Abstract (less than three convictions & less than 7 demerits)
Physical Requirements
Must have the physical strength, stamina and coordination to complete the assigned duties
