About the Role
Core Responsibilities:
1. Market Penetration & Lead Generation
Conduct daily market visits to identify, engage, and activate new architecture and
interior design firms.
Build and nurture a pipeline of ongoing and upcoming residential, commercial, and
hospitality projects.
Generate qualified leads through direct architect outreach, referrals, site visits, and
networking events.
2. Architect Engagement Strategy
Drive end-to-end relationship development: from first interaction to becoming a
preferred surfaces partner.
Understand architects project pipelines, client personas, and material preferences to
position relevant Dimore collections.
Ensure regular, value-added engagement with architect studios through product
updates, mock-ups, and presentations.
