Artwork Project Lead

Roles and responsibilities:

- Supports Asia Pacific Buyer's Project Managers or Project Leads with Artwork Production deployment service, and collaborates to confirm local project delivery timelines and priorities.

- Attends local and multi-country project meetings (including Kick-off, Overview, Alignment, Technical meetings with Printers), and regularly updates project status and issues.

- Launches and manages projects in the Artwork Management System together with the Brand Services Support Team:

- Cooperates with cross-functional teams to collect and unify artwork materials (manuscripts, graphics, design files and other relevant content).

- Completes pre-coordination and artwork briefing work. - Assigns, tracks and pushes the review and approval of artwork & digital proofs.

- Handles project cancellation, distribution, re-distribution and rollback.
