Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced AI Technical/Solution Architect with 10+ years of IT experience (20+ for Solution Architect) and at least 5+ years of hands‑on Azure expertise.
• Architect, design, and implement AI solutions across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Deploy, fine‑tune, and customize generative AI models, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Lead prompt engineering initiatives and leverage Azure OpenAI, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, and vector databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain consensus on complex technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Guide and govern teams of 5+ members, providing technical leadership and mentorship.
• Deliver upskilling sessions to customers and support adoption of AI‑driven solutions.
