Qualifications & Responsibilities

• ✔️ At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• ✔️ Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development.
• ✔️ Creative mindset that open to new ideas and fresh perspectives.
• ✔️ Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles.
• ✔️ Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.
• ✔️ Attention to visual details.
