Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of high-quality concepts and visual directions across integrated campaigns, collaborating closely with production, creative, and strategy teams.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, art directors, and cross-functional creative partners to elevate the overall creative output.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency creative leads, account teams, and production partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Partner effectively with Copywriters, Information Architects, and Producers to drive ideation, concepting, and flawless execution.
- Review and refine creative recommendations based on client feedback; ensure final approved concepts are communicated clearly across all departments.
