Responsibilities:
Overseeing and directing the team, and being in charge of developing and maintaining the designers’ and animators’ skills while guiding/coaching them. Assigning team members to their daily tasks, solving any problems that appear during the day, and managing quality and productivity. Taking initiatives to uplift and improve the quality of our current clients’ creative output, and handling potential pitches by working on new art concepts/directions, giving the opportunity to all team members to be part of that. Developing presentation styles and techniques and training the team on them.
