About the Role

Job description
Digital Minds, an award-winning social media agency and the #1 influencer agency in Greece, is looking for an Art Director to lead our creative direction, guide a talented design team, and ensure our visual communication is both innovative and effective across all media channels.

Responsibilities:
Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns across digital platforms (websites, e-shops, social media, YouTube, digital ads, event installations).

Oversee and mentor designers, animators, and creative freelancers, ensuring consistency and excellence in visual output.

Collaborate with marketing, production, and content teams to develop engaging brand experiences.

Define and maintain creative guidelines, ensuring all designs are on-brand and strategically aligned.

Design visuals and graphics for websites, e-shops, and digital campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, ...
