Area Sales Supervisor

Recruitment, training, and supervision of store personnel

Build and/or maintain retail stores physically and for permits, signs, safety, and quality control.

Perform analysis of the data to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, workflow, quality, and sales.

Support service & operations at retail stores, including managing inventory, procurement, staffing, and online presence.

Ensure profitability of retail stores by controlling costs and expenditures, pursuing marketing ideas, and delivering high quality products.

Maintain, update, and enforce safety and security procedures.

On-the-floor refresher training of Sales Associates o Initiate instructions given by the immediate superior for Branch Supervisors and Sales Cashier.

Report all observed concerns of Sales Cashiers and Branch Supervisor.
