Area Sales Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-you will lead, manage, and coach Retail Salesmen in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives

-responsible of Trade Sales Representative's training regarding of store and SKU'S

-managing their territories in terms of volume achievement

-stock inventory reconciliation

-monitoring of stores, deliveries and orders

-checking of sales and strategizing on how to meet the given target.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-College Level or College Graduate

-Proven Experience in FMCG/Retail

-Experience managing key accounts, specifically NKA in FMCG

-Can Handle 5-8 Sales Agents

-Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience and field sales experience

-Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling

-With proven sales/marketing projects and initiatives
