Job description
As a Area Manager, you will be responsible for building and increasing the network of Battery swapping network in assigned locations and guide the team.
•Help Battery Pool onboard e-rickshaw drivers that can use the swapping network & SMB location where swap station could be installed
•Actively address any concerns arising from e-rickshaw drivers
•Work with the operations and product teams to relay customer feedback from ground deployments
* Handle team, guide and train them
* Do market research, generate leads, maintain relationship with partners and make plan for the growth of company and team.

•Passionate about sales and drive to close deals
•Good convincing skills
