Position:Area Sales Manager

Location: Guwahati

Job Purpose:


Ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverables

Principal Accountabilities:

  • BC Sales – channel sales in an open distribution model

  • Sales and distribution for an entire state

  • Managing Primary and Secondary Sales and business growth, category and share objectives

  • Delivering primary and secondary sales objectives

  • Delivering numeric distribution objectives for both direct and indirect distribution

  • Managing customer payments and debtor day objectives

  • Managing a two tier sales team of Sales Executives and Salesforce (- company employees) including resource deployment, planning PJPs, reviewing Go-To-Market effectiveness and sales delivery

  • Perform HR functions of recruitment, training and development of sales team.
