Role: Area Sales Manager

Reports to: National Sales Manager (Projects New Build)

Location: Essex

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: Competitive

We’re looking for a driven and commercially focused Area Sales Manager to join our B2B Projects New Build Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering volume and profitable value growth across key sectors including High‑Rise/BTR, Social Housing and Regional Private Housebuilders.

You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle within your territory, developing existing accounts, creating new opportunities and managing a strong pipeline to achieve order intake targets. Working cross-functionally, you’ll play a key role in building long‑term customer relationships and delivering successful project outcomes.
