Our MXCF Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. We are looking for seasoned, customer-focused leaders to join our team as an Area Manager at our new Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) – the first of its kind in Mexico. This state‑of‑the‑art facility represents a significant milestone in Amazon's Latin America expansion, featuring new processes and innovative cross‑docking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple departments and hourly associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Drive strategic initiatives and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency across multiple areas and shifts.
