As an Area Manager in the Inclusive Employment Australia program, you’ll lead and motivate a team of employment consultants across multiple sites and support them in all aspects of quality service delivery and performance.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Oversight of Gwydir Namoi and Orana ESAs with offices in Lightning Ridge, Moree, Narrabri, Walgett, Coonabarabran, Coonamble, Dubbo, Gilgandra, Narromine, Wellington
• Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
