Area Manager

Radis Community Care has a rewarding opportunity for an Area Manager to join us in the Southwest, Devon area. As an Area Manager you will have the opportunity to work across an operational area to ensure all services are compliant and meet regulatory standards. You will manage and support Service Managers, as directed by the Regional Manager, to ensure all services achieve the objectives agreed in their business plans and work within their budgets whilst ensuring you are displaying, and upholding Radis values at all times. You will support the setting up of new schemes and promote a caring environment for Service Users through high standards of professional practice which are conducive to the multiple needs of the Service Users and ensure each Service User receives care appropriate to their needs.
