Area Maintenance Technician (Weekend Nights)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities, not limited to:
+ Coordinate work orders for production equipment.
+ Attend meetings with manufacturing and engineering personnel to develop scopes of work and action plans for equipment repair and improvements.
+ Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
+ Utilize basic hand tools and electrical diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair equipment deficiencies.
+ Train and mentor less experienced technicians on maintenance best practices for their respective area and equipment.
+ Develop processes and procedures to improve equipment uptime.
+ Leads work efforts for specific project tasks.
+ Must comply with all company attendance policies and guidelines; this includes, but is not limited to, regular attendance and occasional overtime.
+ Ability to work in team environments, Solo work and working with all levels management, Eng and people.
