Area Maintenance Supervisor

The Area Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining operations of an assigned apartment community portfolio. This position will work closely with the Property Managers and will be responsible for organization of service requests, preventative maintenance program, compliance and safety standards and customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Area Maintenance Supervisors will spend 50% of their time supervising property-level maintenance teams (in tandem with the Property Manager), managing vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring maintenance standards and compliance is met across the properties they oversee, and partnering with leadership on the recruiting, training, and development of future maintenance hires.
