About the role

Yamaha Motor Philippines is seeking an experienced SPA Area Controller to join our team. As the SPA Area Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our 3s shops, parts, and accessories across the region. This full-time position plays a crucial part in ensuring the growth of our networks.

What you'll be doing

• Serve and maintain quality standards for Yamaha Genuine Spare Parts, Yamalube, and Accessories across 3S shops and parts dealers.
• Achieve 100% monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular call visits to all assigned 3S shops and parts dealers.
• Collect and submit monthly reports for respective areas.
• Maintain business relationships and standards with all dealers.
• Address issues and provide effective countermeasures for 3S shops and parts dealers.
• Ensure availability and efficient distribution of Yamaha parts and accessories to authorized dealers.
