About the Role

  Roles and Responsibilities  
 Allocation of accounts based on geography to collection representatives & daily tracking of collection status of accounts in DPD> 
 Daily updates from FOS regarding the collection status for allocated accounts
 Ensuring smooth coordination with the Legal team for preparing legal and repossession notices for customers when applicable
 Assessment of asset quality for repossessed assets
 Resolution of unresolved cases of non-payment of dues and track account wise collection performances
 Monitor and review the performances of collection representatives and resolution of non traceable cases through agencies and taking daily updates on chronic cases through random samples
 Regular field visits of agencies and customers for RTP and critical cases
 Auditing the geographically assigned agencies in terms of compliances
