They manage projects from conceptual sketches to final construction, including client consultations, developing blueprints using CAD/BIM software, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing site progress. 

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning: Create, edit, and finalize, conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings,, and construction documents using software like AutoCAD or Revit.

Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations from inception to completion.

Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers (structural, MEP) and contractors to ensure design integrity and feasibility.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal building codes, zoning bylaws, and safety regulations.
