Architectural Drafter (Full-Time, Remote)

Overview

RemoteVA PH is looking for a skilled Architectural Drafter with a strong background in drafting, rendering, and design development for both interior and exterior projects. This role requires 4+ years of experience and advanced proficiency in key architectural software tools.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings for design presentations
• Coordinate with team members to ensure design consistency and accuracy
• Translate conceptual designs into detailed technical documents
• Contribute to interior and exterior design planning and visualization

Required Tools & Proficiency

• Revit – Must be highly proficient in BIM modeling
• SketchUp – Strong modeling and design skills
• 3ds Max – Advanced rendering capabilities
