Architectural Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Planning:
• Meet with clients to understand needs, budget, and vision.
• Develop conceptual designs, layouts, and detailed construction documents using software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Incorporate structural, mechanical, and electrical system requirements.
• Technical Documentation:
• Produce blueprints, specifications, and technical reports.
• Ensure designs meet zoning laws, building codes, and safety standards.
• Project Management & Oversight:
• Estimate costs and timelines.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
• Construction Phase Support:
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Review contractor submittals (material samples, drawings).
• Manage change orders, payments, and resolve disputes.
