We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer II to join our team in Brookfield, WI. This role will focus on the design of industrial and commercial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead architectural design efforts and serve as a primary point of contact with clients
+ Develop and produce Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents
+ Coordinate with internal and external teams including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines
+ Collaborate with process and packaging equipment teams to integrate design elements
+ Prepare design criteria and documentation for bid packages and subcontractor pricing
+ Conduct submittal reviews, respond to RFIs, and perform site visits as needed
Qualifications & Skills
+ Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
