Architectural Design Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

The Architectural Renderer/modeler in guidance and coordination with the Design Manager – In house Design Team for architectural is responsible in the preparation of the following:

• Responsible in developing different design intent and schemes

• Prepares photo realistic rendering presentation for management approval

• Will work hand on hand to the project team and coordinates with other department involve in the project

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Should be able to understand written and verbal instructions, draft technical drawings, and work long hours to meet deadlines.

• Development of design through sketches, physical models, electronic models, diagrams, massing studies and other visual formats

• Preparations of Drawings and Presentations

• Produces 3d renderings and regularly submits progress 3d for checking

• Conduct research when required with regards to different building innovation...
