Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site position for a Junior Design Architect based in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting in Developing unit plans, villa layouts, and clubhouse/amenities floor plans aligned with project briefs, site constraints, and brand standards.
• Work on schematic planning, pre-concept, and concept options, ensuring smooth handover to Design Development (DD) teams.
• Ensure compliance with building byelaws, MOE, and regulatory standards, flag potential issues for review.
