About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist architects and project managers in developing architectural designs for real estate projects
- Prepare and revise drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Support feasibility studies, site analysis, and space planning
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors during design and construction phases
- Help prepare presentation materials, renderings, and design reports for internal review and clients
- Review drawings for compliance with zoning, building codes, and local regulations
- Conduct site visits to document progress and support quality control
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
