About the Role
Job Responsibilities:
- Solve design related conflicts with the field team.
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
- Constant coordination to contractors regarding projects.
- Become subject matter expert on area assigned.
- Manage, analyze, and resolve construction issues.
- Assessed work being performed to ensure that all contract specifications were met.
- Review technical specifications and recommended changes.
- Performs other job-related duties assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a degree in Architecture.
- Must know AutoCAD, Sketchup/ 3Dsmax, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop
