Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team in DC with salary starting at 115K. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of new buildings, alterations, and renovations. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of architectural principles.

Responsibilities:

• Create architectural designs based on client requirements and budget constraints
• Develop project specifications and ensure that designs meet building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with construction teams and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are being followed
• Review and approve contractor proposals and change orders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
