Qualifications
- BIM Model and Drawing production (Design Brief compliance, completeness & accuracy)
- Design co-ordination (within Interior Design & Cross Discipline)
- Initiates and develops design and construction document drawings through completion in conformance with project requirements, applicable codes, and design criteria established by project leadership
- Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required
- Basic knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
- Designs creative and innovative interior environments that support our clients’ needs in collaboration with other disciplines
- May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel
