Looking for Architects/ Sr.Architect/ Lead Architect
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Architectural Design
• Develop innovative and practical design concepts for residential and high-rise buildings
• Translate client briefs into architectural plans with a focus on functionality and aesthetics
• Prepare presentation drawings, concept layouts, and design iterations
Architectural Execution
• Prepare and review working drawings, GFCs, and construction details with technical accuracy
• Assist senior architects in site coordination and follow up on execution progress
• Resolve on-site architectural and coordination issues with consultants/contractors
Approvals
• Prepare documentation and coordinate with authorities for project approvals (e.g., PMC, CIDCO, TMC, etc.)
• Liaise with government bodies and consultants for plan sanctions, NOCs, and compliance
Construction
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor architectural implementation as per design
