RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and coordinate architectural designs from concept to detailed construction drawings.
• Ensure architectural compliance with project specifications, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical teams for integrated project delivery.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals for architectural compliance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Resolve on-site architectural and detailing issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Assist in material selection, cost control, and progress reporting.
