Architect

Job Summary

The Architect is responsible to plan, develop and implement building designs. They compile feasibility reports, determine
environmental impact, create project proposals, estimate costs, determine timelines and oversee construction
processes. Assist in analyzing client's requirements and interpret the project plan and activities. Ensures smooth
execution of project activities from planning to completion stage by adhering to the Qatar Law and
organizational regulations.

Responsible for developing customers and nurturing professional relationship.

Determine goals and ultimately responsible for delivering final schematics and construction documents to building contractors.

Generate building designs and highly detailed drawings as per the concept of client to capture client requirement.
