About the Role

 
  
 A leading  Agriculture Company based in Nanyuk i is seeking to recruit Arable Farm Manager to be based in their Timau Farm. 
 The successful candidate will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the Farm. The ideal candidate Must have significant experience of large-scale arable operations is essential.
 
   Key Responsibilities:  
 Running day to day farm operations – and getting it right first time.
 Managing a multi-cultural team of 60 people.
 Ensuring high standard of work, adhering to best practice and tight timelines.
 Leading innovation, research and implementation of new technologies.
 Finding ways to increase the regenerative agriculture practices.
 Ensuring high levels of health and safety are maintained.
 Assisting with a comprehensive trial programme operated by an associated third party.
