Key responsibilities:
Managing AR Activities in area of Deduction Management, ensuring that operational KPIs & deadlines are met.Coaching, developing & managing direct reports’ performance (including performance management, development plans, talent matrix, succession planning, etc.).Identifies, recommends and leads process improvements in support of departmental, divisional and organizational goals and objectives.Prepares and/or reviews month end reporting including scorecards, deduction accrual.Collects, summarizes and prepares data and materials for management review, including updating and publishing the scorecard, participating in preparing audits and supporting different projects as assigned.Supporting other AR processes...
