Job Description
- Prepare the annual Aqua Park budget and ensure revenue and operational costs remain aligned throughout the year.
- Monitor daily attendance levels and control maximum capacity to ensure safety and guest comfort.
- Ensure all employees are properly trained in water safety, emergency procedures, guest service, and upselling techniques.
- Coordinate lifeguard rotations and supervision schedules to guarantee all attractions are continuously monitored.
- Engage qualified lifeguards, slide attendants, and technical staff, ensuring valid certifications and strong interpersonal skills.
- Maintain all Aqua Park areas in a spotless and hygienic condition, including pools, decks, locker rooms, and shower facilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety, water hygiene standards, and all applicable legal regulations, implementing new legislation as required.
