Role Summary:
The Aptitude & Arithmetic Trainer is responsible for training students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and arithmetic concepts to enhance their problem-solving abilities and improve performance in competitive exams, campus placements, and internal assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured training sessions in Quantitative Aptitude, Arithmetic, and Logical Reasoning
- Design lesson plans aligned with placement, competitive exam, and curriculum requirements
- Conduct regular practice tests, mock exams, and assessments
- Evaluate student performance and provide individual feedback and improvement strategies
