ABOUT THE ROLE
An Australian Government organisation is seeking an APS5/6 Digital Support Officer to provide digital solutions and business process automation support within a security-focused environment.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and deliver simple, effective digital solutions using enterprise Microsoft tools. The work focuses on configuration, automation, reporting and continuous improvement.
